Many of Ann’s clients want to change careers and career coachng can help them to set goals and to plan their lives and careers. Several of them have been helped, through career coaching, to leave their organizations or jobs for better and more challenging opportunities elsewhere.
- Key skills including impression management, networking and strategies for identifying and finding the "right career" are covered during career coaching.
- Clients are also able to take part in career assessment questionaires including Schein's Career Orientations Inventory which helps people to identify their career values.
